ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНО-ІННОВАЦІЙНА МОДЕЛЬ ФІНАНСОВОГО РИНКУ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті систематизовано основні чинники впливу на формування інвестиційно-інноваційної моделі фінансового ринку України. Визначено показники, що характеризують інноваційну складову діяльності фінансових установ на ринку фінансових послуг. Доповнено групу показників інноваційної активності, показником поширення фінансових інновацій, оскільки наявність та розвиток фінансових інновацій позначається на загальному стані фінансового ринку країни. Надано характеристику сучасному стану інноваційної моделі розвитку економічної системи України. Обгрунтовано переваги та ризики імплементації фінансових інновацій на фінансовому ринку. Виокремлено функціональний та фінансовий елементи проблематики інновацій та акцентовано увагу на синтезі таких підходів, що є значущим для забезпечення стійкого розвитку фінансового ринку та економіки в цілому. Наголошено на необхідності розробки стратегії розвитку інновацій на фінансовому ринку з чітким методологічним забезпеченням.

INVESTMENT AND INNOVATIVE MODEL OF THE FINANCIAL MARKET OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF TRANSFORMATION
Summary
The main factors that have impact on the formation of the investment and innovative model of the financial market of Ukraine are systematized in the article.
The innovative component can be attributed to the basic element of the formation of a country's financial market model. The current state of investment and innovative activity in the country is a significant factor in the economic development of the country, in turn, it ensures fixed assets reproduction, economic restructuring, increases its competitiveness and focuses on the high-tech development vector.
The effective development of the innovation component of the economy depends primarily on the investment climate in general and, accordingly, the level of access to financial resources by institutions.
Indicators that characterize the innovation component of financial institutions activity on the financial services market are studied: financial indicators, indicators for quantifying innovations, scientific and technical indicators, indicators of innovative activity. The group of indicators of innovative activity was supplemented with an indicator of the spread of financial innovations, because the presence and development of financial innovations affects the overall state of the country's financial market.
The current state of the innovative model of development of the economic system of Ukraine is characterized. The advantages and risks of implementing financial innovations in the financial market are substantiated. The interrelation of macroeconomic trends on the market requires consideration of the multidimensionality of innovative tools to minimize risks and maximize their positive impact in terms of practical use in Ukraine.
The functional and financial elements of innovation are highlighted and attention is focused on the synthesis of such approaches, which is important for ensuring the sustainable development of the financial market and the economy as a whole. The need to create a strategy for the development of innovations in the financial market with clear methodological support was noted.
