Анотація
Розкрито принципи та механізми забезпечення реалізації концептуальних заходів протидії корупції; визначено місце та роль засобів масової інформації у процесах реалізації державної антикорупційної політики; окреслено місце та роль підприємницьких структур як інституцій громадянського суспільства у процесах реалізації державної антикорупційної політики; представлено комплексне бачення трансформаційних змін у діяльності інститутів громадянського суспільства в напрямі запобігання корупції, а також посилення їх впливу на органи влади і на законодавчий процес.

VECTOR DIRECTORY OF TRANSFORMAL CHANGES OF SUBJECTIVE COMPOSITION OF THE MECHANISM OF INFLUENCE OF CORRUPTION
Summary
The destructive influence of corruption on the development of the economic, social and political system of the country is determined; outlined general causes of corruption; it is proved that the impact of corruption on the economy depends on the legal and institutional framework of the country, and on the quality of governance and political regime and poses a threat to the stability and security of society, the economic well-being of the population, and undermines its democratic institutions and values in society. To reveal the principles and mechanisms for ensuring the implementation of conceptual measures against corruption; to determine the place and role of the mass media in the processes of implementation of the state anti-corruption policy; to determine the place and role of the sphere of entrepreneurship as an institution of civil society in the processes of implementation of the state anti-corruption policy; to provide a comprehensive vision of transformational changes in the activities of civil society institutions in the prevention of corruption, as well as strengthening their influence on the authorities and on the legislative process.
The necessity of legislative consolidation of principles of interaction of non-profit organizations and authorities on the basis of social partnership is proved; expanding the agenda of the social dialogue; ensuring the formation of conditions for increasing social cohesion at different levels of the hierarchical structure of society; establishment of centers of civic education; explaining the essence of modern democracy and educating citizens in the spirit of its basic values and principles.
It is determined that it is very important to correctly assess the state of civil society and its anti-corruption potential in developing a strategy for combating corruption. Involving civil society in developing a strategy for such a struggle will fill the process of rebirth with a new impetus and provide incentives for further development.
