METHODS OF DECISION-MAKING FOR THE EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS BY MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES IN THE ROCKET AND SPACE INDUSTRY IN THE MULTICRITERIAL OPTIMIZATION MODEL

Summary

The article states that massive information flows in rocket and space engineering lead to a multivariate decision-making process, which complicates the process of managing innovative projects. The necessity of modification of existing methods of decision-making concerning effective management of innovative projects of machine-building enterprises of rocket and space industry is substantiated. The author's vision of definition of "efficiency of management of innovative projects of machine-building enterprises" is stated. The criteria for evaluating the efficiency of management of innovative projects of machine-building enterprises of the rocket and space industry are determined and systematized. The system of indicators of efficiency of management of innovative projects of machine-building enterprises is developed. A multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) methodology has been modified for innovative projects of machine-building enterprises of the rocket and space industry by constructing a multi-criteria optimization model (a model for choosing the best (optimal) option for coordinating actions in specific conditions and at a certain time in order to achieve a certain goal. innovation project or to overcome the problems which require the decision making in order to make managerial decisions taking into account the phenomenon of diffusion of innovations).
