Анотація

В умовах реформування економічних відносин у напрямі ринкових перетворень в Україні особливо актуальним є питання стратегічного управління. Саме за допомогою стратегічного управління держава вирішує такі важливі питання, як соціально-економічного, культурного і духовного розвитку суспільства, поліпшення добробуту людей, забезпечення національних інтересів, зміцнення міжнародного авторитету й формування позитивного іміджу нашої держави.
У статті висвітлюється поняття та значення стратегії і стратегічного урпавління при здійсненні управління системою освіти в Україні.

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN UKRAINE

Summary

In the context of reforming economic relations in the direction of market transformations in Ukraine, the issue of strategic management is particularly relevant. It is through strategic management that the state solves such important issues as socio-economic, cultural and spiritual development of society, improving people's well-being, ensuring national interests, strengthening international authority and forming a positive image of our state.
Education is the heart of the nation, which must supply the resource (highly educated specialists) to all areas of the national economy.
One of the perspective directions in the field of education is strategic management, which is the basis of stable development and provides stability of the education system in the country. Therefore, a properly selected management strategy in education will enable the Ukrainian education system to function well.
Today, education should be of a forward-looking nature, because what we planned yesterday should be relevant today, and what we are planning today should be competitive tomorrow, etc.
