АНАЛІЗ СТРУКТУРНИХ ЗМІН У ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті визначено, що економіка України функціонує в умовах численних зовнішніх та внутрішніх ризиків. Порівняно структуру економіки України з рекомендованими значеннями, які характеризують постіндустріальне суспільство. Проведені розрахунки та порівняння з рекомендованими значеннями свідчать про те, що структура економіки України не відповідає вимогам постіндустріального суспільства за усіма категоріями. Зокрема:
1) перевищення питомої ваги переробних галузей економіки над рекомендованими значеннями ми оцінюємо позитивно;
2) фінансова сфера в України займає питому вагу на 13,61% нижче від рекомендованих значень, що свідчить про недостатній розвиток фінансової сфери, про відсутність доступу до кредитних, інвестиційних ресурсів, нестабільність банківської системи. Такі негативні чинники створюють загрози розвитку інших сфер, у тому числі обмеження для переробних галузей економіки;
3) в Україні доволі розвиненою є сфера послуг, що може мати як позитивні, так і негативні наслідки для економіки. Задля оптимізації структури економіки необхідно переглянути співвідношення між переробними галузями та сферою послуг.
Доведено, що структурні трансформації промислового комплексу України носили характер стихійних регресивних зрушень, що мали найбільшу швидкість і інтенсивність на першому етапі реформи.
У роботі висвітлено лише найактуальніші проблемні сфери, де в першочерговому порядку мають бути сконцентровані управлінські зусилля держави.

ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN THE INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE
Summary
The article states that the economy of Ukraine functions under the conditions of numerous external and internal risks. The structure of Ukraine's economy is comparable with the recommended values that characterize a post-industrial society. The calculations and comparison with the recommended values indicate that the structure of the Ukrainian economy does not meet the requirements of the post-industrial society in all categories. In particular:
1) we estimate as positive the excess of the share of processing industries of the economy above the recommended values;
2) the financial sector in Ukraine occupies a share which is 13.61% lower than the recommended values, indicating insufficient development of the financial sector, the lack of access to credit and investment resources, instability of the banking system. Such negative factors create threats to the development of other spheres, including restrictions for the processing industries of the economy;
3) in Ukraine, the service sector is rather well-developed which can have both positive and negative consequences for the economy. In order to optimize the structure of the economy it is necessary to review the correlation between the processing industries and the service sector.
It has been proved that the structural transformations of the industrial complex of Ukraine had the nature of haphazard regressive changes that had the greatest rate and intensity at the first stage of the reform.
The research paper covers only the most urgent problem areas where the governmental management efforts should be concentrated as a matter of priority.
