ІМПЛЕМЕНТАЦІЯ ЗАРУБІЖНОГО ДОСВІДУ ЩОДО ФОРМУВАННЯ АНТИКОРУПЦІЙНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація

Відсутність належного нормативно-правового та організаційно-інституційного забезпечення значно ускладнює реалізацію мети державної політики щодо обмеження тіньових економічних відносин, зокрема у контексті безпеки національної економіки. Проблеми подолання негативних тенденцій ринкової трансформації економіки в Україні повинна вирішити інституційна система, яка б сприяла зменшенню масштабів тіньового сектора. Важливим напрямом оптимізації інституційної бази державної політики обмеження тіньових економічних відносин є удосконалення нормативно-правових засад боротьби з криміналізацією економіки на основі імплементації зарубіжного досвіду щодо формування антикорупційної політики.

IMPLEMENTATION OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN THE FORMATION OF ANTICORRUPTION POLICY OF UKRAINE

Summary

The lack of proper regulatory and institutional and institutional support significantly complicates the implementation of the goal of state policy to restrict shadow economic relations, in particular in the context of the security of the national economy. The problem of overcoming the negative tendencies of the market transformation of the economy in Ukraine should be solved by an institutional system that would help reduce the size of the shadow sector. An important direction for optimizing the institutional base of the state policy of restricting shadow economic relations is to improve the legal and regulatory framework for combating the criminalization of the economy on the basis of the implementation of foreign experience in the formation of anticorruption policy.
