Анотація

У статті виявлено основні напрями та проблеми інфраструктурної розбудови територіальних громад у межах процесу децентралізації, а також підкреслено основні моменти реалізації спільних проектів між територіальними громадами в інфраструктурній розбудові територіальних громад, зокрема сфери ЖКГ, у контексті територіального співробітництва шляхом фінансування спільних проектів. Проаналізовано основні повноваження територіальних громад щодо імплементації спільних проектів між територіальними громадами, зокрема в секторі ЖКГ. Відображено трансформаційні зміни організаційно-економічних відносинах та вектор розвитку відносин між територіальними громадами в межах реалізації їх проектів шляхом спільного фінансування.

COOPERATION OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES IN THE BORDER OF INFRASTRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATION

Summary

The article reveals the main directions and problems of infrastructure development of territorial communities within the process of decentralization, and also highlights the main points of realization of joint projects among territorial communities in the infrastructure development of territorial communities, in particular, housing and utilities sector in the context of territorial cooperation by financing joint projects. The main authorities of the territorial communities concerning the implementation of joint projects between the territorial communities, in particular, in the housing and utilities sector, are analyzed. Transformational changes in organizational and economic relations and the vector of development of relations between territorial communities within the framework of their projects implementation through joint financing are shown.
