Анотація

Статтю присвячено аналізу функцій держави, їх комбінацій, підходів до їх визначення, дотримання балансу щодо державного управління та механізму ринкового саморегулювання у контексті формування стратегії соціально-економічного розвитку країни. Основну увагу приділено економічній, політичній, екологічній, соціальній функції із наведенням загальної світової тенденції щодо структури витрат на їх реалізацію. Розглянуто переваги та недоліки державного втручання в економічні процеси.

CONTENTS OF THE STATE FUNCTIONS FOR MANAGING SOCIAL-ECONOMIC PROCESSES

Summary

The article is devoted to the analysis of the state functions, their combinations, approaches to their definition, the balance of public administration and the mechanism of market self-regulation in the context of the formation of the strategy of socio-economic development of the country. The main attention is paid to the economic, political, ecological, and social functions, with a general trend towards the structure of the costs of their implementation. The advantages and disadvantages of state interference in economic processes are considered.
It is shown that the state, with its high degree of interference in socio-economic processes, can act as a source and generator of fluctuations that play an ambiguous role. On the one hand, state intervention can offset fluctuations in the micro level, which threaten, for example, the crisis of overproduction, on the other — to cause fluctuations that violate the normal process of economic life. Because of its monopolistic position, the state provides the society with the possibility of stability, stability, but also has examples of inflexibility, increasing the danger of the realization of group and personal interests, and in the absence of a public economic strategy — to cause fluctuations that may cause an economic crisis.
