ФУНКЦІЇ ДЕМОКРАТИЧНОГО ВРЯДУВАННЯ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ

Анотація

У статті досліджено функції управління, врядування, демократичного врядування та демократичного врядування в умовах глобалізації, що дозволило провести паралелі між поняттями "управління" та "врядування", визначити їх концептуальну відмінність. Соціальна орієнтованість демократичного виду врядування дозволила врахувати функції управління та врядування, а глобалізаційні виклики — конкретизувати функції демократичного врядування в умовах глобалізації. Встановлено, що останні визначають основні напрями діяльності в умовах глобалізації. Виокремлюючи їх маємо враховувати й конкретизовані в статті критерії застосування та характерні особливості функцій демократичного врядування за глобальних умов суспільного розвитку.

FUNCTIONS OF THE GOOD GOVERNANCE UNDER CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION

Summary

The article examines the functions of administration, governance, good governance and good governance under conditions of globalization that helped not only to draw a parallel between the notions "administration" and "governance", define their conceptual difference, but also to come down to the end of purpose in an integrated manner. The social profile of the given type of governance let take into account functions of administration and governance, while globalization challenges to clarify functions of the good governance under conditions of globalization.
However it is found that functions of the good governance under conditions of globalization determine thematic priorities of activities in globalization processes therefore we also should take into account detailed in the article criteria of application and characteristic features of functions of good governance in globalization processes.
