СТАН ТА ПЕРЕДУМОВИ ВІДРОДЖЕННЯ ОБОРОННО-ПРОМИСЛОВОГО КОМПЛЕКСУ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація

Статтю присвячено аналізу стану оборонно-промислового комплексу України. Оскільки оборонно-промисловий комплекс є важливою складовою безпеки країни, розглянуто особливості державної політики стосовно комплексу після проголошення незалежності України, які призвели до скорочення кількості підприємств, що його складали та інших негативних тенденцій. Здійснено аналіз зарубіжного досвіду щодо державної підтримки оборонних підприємств, метою якої є переоснащення Збройних Сил. Наведено позитивні зрушення в управлінні комплексом у цілому та оборонними підприємствами зокрема після створення ДК "Укроборонпром". Проаналізовано перспективи розвитку оборонно-промислового комплексу України в сучасних умовах.

THE STATE AND PRECONDITIONS FOR THE REVIVAL OF THE DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF UKRAINE

Summary

The article is devoted to the analysis of the state of the defense-industrial complex of Ukraine. Since the defense and industrial complex is an important component of the country's security, the peculiarities of the state policy regarding the complex after the declaration of Ukraine's independence were considered, which led to a reduction in the number of enterprises that compose it and other negative tendencies. The analysis of foreign experience on state support of defense enterprises, the purpose of which is the re-equipment of the Armed Forces, is carried out. The positive changes in the management of the complex as a whole, and defense enterprises in particular after the establishment of the state enterprise "Ukroboronprom" are presented. The prospects of development of the defense industry of Ukraine in the modern conditions are analyzed.
