ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІ МЕТОДИ ДЕРЖАВНОГО СТИМУЛЮВАННЯ ІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ У СІЛЬСЬКОМУ ГОСПОДАРСТВІ НА РЕГІОНАЛЬНОМУ РІВНІ
Анотація
У статті здійснено обгрунтування заходів спрямованих на посилення ролі органів державного управління та місцевого самоврядування у формуванні інтеграційних об'єднань підприємств різних галузей АПК та фінансових установ на регіональному рівні. Створення інтеграційних об'єднань у вигляді регіональної промислово-фінансової групи дасть можливість повноцінно задіяти механізм державного регулювання економічних процесів у межах адміністративної території. До такого інтеграційного об'єднання доцільно залучити зацікавлених у підвищенні ефективності підприємства машинобудівної промисловості, сільського господарства, підприємства з переробки сільськогосподарської продукції, хімічної промисловості, енергетики, будівництву й будівельних матеріалів, транспорту, комунально-побутового обслуговування, відпочинку і туризму, рекреаційних й інших галузей.

ORGANIZATIONAL-ECONOMIC METHODS OF STIMULATION OF INTEGRATION PROCESSES IN AGRICULTURE AT REGIONAL LEVEL
Summary
In the article the substantiation of measures aimed at strengthening the role of government and local authorities in shaping integration associations agribusiness enterprises in various sectors and financial institutions at the regional level. Creation of integration associations in the form of regional industrial and financial group will make it possible to fully use the mechanism of state regulation of economic processes within the administrative area. Such integration association concerned should be used to improve the efficiency of enterprise engineering industry, agriculture, enterprises for processing of agricultural products, chemicals, energy, construction and building materials, transportation, public utilities, recreation and tourism, recreation and other sectors .
The concept of a regional industrial and financial groups interested particularly important part in increasing the efficiency of production and social spheres of regional administrations of all units. However, this association should be possible to maintain and strengthen the freedom of market activity and activity of enterprises of all its members. In this regard, participation in regional industrial and financial groups expedient form exclusively on mutually beneficial terms with the central company on self-financing basis.
