НАПРЯМИ УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ МЕХАНІЗМУ УПРАВЛІННЯ СФЕРОЮ ОСВІТИ ЧЕРЕЗ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЮ ВИХОВНОЇ ФУНКЦІЇ ЯК ЧИННИКА РОЗВИТКУ СФЕРИ КУЛЬТУРИ
Анотація
У статті досліджено специфіку реалізації виховної функції в системі освіти як важливого напряму державної освітньої політики та чинника розвитку сфери культури. Акцент дослідження зроблено на аналізі специфіки духовно-морального виховання. Висвітлено сучасні організаційні проблеми розвитку та функціонування інституту кураторства в Україні. Наголошено на тому, що інститут кураторства потребує вдосконалення своєї організаційної структури, напрямів виховної роботи та координації зусиль структурних підрозділів. Проведення ефективних змін інституту кураторства має бути одним із пріоритетних напрямів реалізації державної освітньої політики. Зроблено висновок, що розвиток інституту кураторства та більш повна реалізація його виховної функції потребують підтримки з боку органів державної влади та місцевого самоврядування. Розроблено концептуальні основи удосконалення заходів з реалізації виховної функції в сфері освіти через взаємодію із підприємствами, закладами та організаціями сфери культури.

THE DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT THE MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT BY THE EDUCATION SPHERE THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL FUNCTION AS A FACTOR OF DEVELOPMENT THE CULTURAL SECTOR
Summary
The article explores the specifics of implementation of educational function in education system as an important direction of state educational policy and a factor of development of the sphere of culture. The emphasis of the study is placed on analysis of specifics of spiritual and moral upbringing. The modern organizational problems of development and functioning of the institute of curators in Ukraine are lighted. It is noted that the Institute of curators needs an improvement of its organizational structure, ways of educational work and coordination of efforts of structural units. A realization of effective changes of the Institute of curators should be one of priority directions of implementation of state educational policy. It is concluded that development of the Institute of curators and more complete realization of its educational function need a support from the state authorities and local self-governments. We've developed the conceptual bases of improvement of measures for realization of educational function in the field of education by the cooperation with enterprises, institutions and organizations of culture sphere.
