ДОСВІД ДЕРЖАВНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ В КЛАСИЧНИХ МОДЕЛЯХ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ РІВНОВАГИ

Анотація

В результаті обгрунтування недоліків теоретичних концепцій державного управління економічною рівновагою аграрної та індустріальної систем суспільно-економічних відносин було доведено, що класичні інструменти макроекономічного регулювання для досягнення економічної рівноваги на сьогодні вичерпують свій потенціал. Також в статті обгрунтовано що за умов глобалізації, економічна рівновага грунтується на координації з міжнародними організаціями та регіональними інтеграційними об'єднаннями.

EXPERIENCE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE CLASSICAL MODELS OF ECONOMIC EQUILIBRIUM REGULATION

Summary

The purpose of this article is to identify the limits of the application of governance equilibrium model of agrarian and industrial systems, socio-economic relations in modern conditions. It is another object of this study is the author's rationale for the transformation of the directions set out concepts. Author's research is based on the general scientific methods of induction and deductions are allowed to reveal and justify new trends in the understanding of necessary principles of public administration in modern conditions.
As a result, it has been proved justify shortcomings governance equilibrium model of agrarian and industrial systems, social and economic relations that the classical instruments of macroeconomic regulation in order to achieve economic equilibrium today exhaust their potential. In modern conditions of globalization in our opinion, the economic equilibrium is based on coordination with international organizations and regional integration organizations.
