Анотація
Здійснено аналіз відповідного термінологічного інструментарію, що стосується механізмів державного регулювання розвитку соціально-гуманітарної сфери з метою уникнення неоднозначності тлумачення термінів. Конкретизовано такі дефініції: соціально-гуманітарна сфера, державне регулювання, механізми державного регулювання, соціальний захист, гуманітарна політика, соціальна політика, соціально-гуманітарна політика, гуманітарний розвиток, соціальна держава.

STATE REGULATION OF SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN SPHERE: TERMINOLOGY TOOLS
Summary
The analysis tools relevant terminology concerning the mechanisms of state regulation of social and humanitarian spheres in order to avoid ambiguity of interpretation of terms.
The meaning of "mechanisms of state regulation of social and humanitarian sphere" disclosed by categories: socio-humanitarian sphere, government regulation, government regulation mechanisms, social protection, social policy, social policy, social and humanitarian policy, human development, social state. They are a combination of approaches, methods, tools, techniques, tools, principles by which the government systematically and purposefully regulate humanitarian processes combined with socio-economic conditions of people's lives for the welfare of society, eliminate the negative effects of the operation of market processes, ensuring social justice, social and political stability in the country, agreeing objectives of a social nature with the objectives of economic growth.
Determined that the humanitarian sector is the subject of humanitarian policy. This system includes the unity of objective and subjective factors of social life, aimed at creating conditions for social and human development of society, social, intellectual and spiritual safety of man and society, the implementation of social and spiritual needs, forming and enrich the creative potential of people, full implementation of its intrinsic strength Sociodynamics education, science and culture.
It is noted that the socio-humanitarian sphere of society is a complex multidimensional system that covers all aspects of human life, the scope, conditions which are designed, on the one hand, the shape, and the second — to ensure the growing needs of man in self-development and self-realization. Social and humanitarian sphere — a subsystem of the national economy, where phenomena, processes, activities and facilities associated with the provision of society, the people, their needs and interests.
It is proved that the social sphere — is a system of national programs of social development, which aims to means and mechanisms of social policy to create conditions for the realization of human potential, social stability, social peace, high-level public Sociodynamics, efficient provision of social needs, and, above all, a high the level of social security.
