АНАЛІЗ СУЧАСНОГО СТАНУ ФІНАНСУВАННЯ МІЖНАРОДНИМИ ФІНАНСОВИМИ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯМИ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНИХ ПРОЕКТІВ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті досліджено теоретичні та методичні положення сучасного стану співробітництва України з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями. Узагальнено низку важливих тенденцій фінансування інвестиційних проектів міжнародними фінансовими організаціями в Україні. Доведено, що серед найбільших міжнародних фінансових організацій, що проводять свою діяльність в Україні у сфері модернізації національної економіки, є Європейський банк реконструкції та розвитку і Європейський інвестиційний банк. Зазначено, що співпраця з Європейським банком реконструкції та розвитку і Європейським інвестиційним банком є необхідною умовою для вступу до більшості міжнародних фінансових організацій і саме завдяки їх підтримці Україна може вийти на світові фінансові ринки. Показано, що не менш важливим стратегічним партнером України у формуванні сучасної ринкової економіки, здійсненні необхідних структурних реформ і модернізації державних фінансів є Міжнародний банк реконструкції та розвитку. Обгрунтовано вектори взаємодії України з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями та визначено їх основні орієнтири.

ANALYSIS OF THE MODERN STATE OF FUNDING BY THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL ORGANIZATIONS OF THE INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN UKRAINE
Summary
In this paper the theoretical and methodological positions of the current state of Ukraine's cooperation with international financial organizations are investigated. The number of important trends of financing of the investment projects by the international financial institutions in Ukraine is generalized. It is proved that among the major international financial institutions that carries out their activities in Ukraine in the sphere of modernization of the national economy, are the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and European Investment Bank. It is noted that the cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and European Investment Bank is a necessary condition for the entering to the major international financial institutions and it is through their support Ukraine may enter the world financial markets. It is shown that no less important strategic partner of Ukraine in the formation of a modern market economy, in the implementation of the necessary structural reforms and in the modernization of public finance is the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Vectors of interaction of Ukraine with international financial organizations are grounded and their main targets are defined.
