ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ПОТЕНЦІЙНИХ РЕСУРСНИХ МОЖЛИВОСТЕЙ РЕГІОНІВ У ДЕРЖАВНІЙ СИСТЕМІ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація

Доведено, що активізація внутрішніх джерел отримання необхідних для регіону економічних, фінансових ресурсів має відбуватися за створення державними органами влади умов, що сприяють переведенню регіональної економіки у режим фінансової стійкості, самозабезпечення на основі кращого використання власних можливостей. Встановлено, що необхідно оптимально використовувати специфіку та унікальність внутрішнього потенціалу регіонів для прискорення темпів економічного зростання.
Визначено, що сучасний соціально-економічний розвиток України повинен бути направлений на забезпечення переходу до стабільності, сталого та динамічного економічного зростання, враховуючи те, що економіка та суспільство все більше стикаються з новим комплексом змін існування, обумовлених як внутрішніми факторами, так і впливом світових економічних процесів, глобалізації.

POTENTIAL USE RESOURCE CAPABILITIES REGIONS IN THE STATE SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Summary

Proved that activation of internal sources necessary for the region's economic and financial resources should be the creation of the state authorities the conditions conducive to transitioning the regional economy mode financial stability, self-sufficiency through better use of their opportunities. Established the need to make optimal use of the specificity and uniqueness of internal regional potential for accelerating economic growth.
Determined that the current socio-economic development of Ukraine must be addressed to ensure the transition to stable, sustainable and dynamic economic growth, given that the economy and society are increasingly faced with a new set of changes being caused by both internal factors and the influence of global economic the processes of globalization.
The economic revival of Ukraine is connected with the choice of direction and speed of structural and institutional reforms. The restructuring is managed, multi-layered process, and mainly due to the investment of resources (actually initially). In this regard, the maintenance of a stable line of structural changes and the formation of economic and technical-technological features of the economy appears as a problem of enormous social content, if ignored, will cause a special post-crisis period social losses — losses that can negate all the forces of economic recovery and recovery.
Historically drawn specialization of regions involves a detailed analysis of the economic potential for socio-economic growth and development. Despite all the wealth of Ukraine and its regions natural resources, overall resource security component of the economy does not look quite optimistic for the current stage of economic development, especially the factor of capital for speculative distribution sector, and not on the real economy, leading to chronic shortages working capital and investment resources hinders the expansion of reproduction, which is the main source of economic growth and sustainable development.
