ПОБУДОВА ПРОЦЕСУ АНТИКРИЗОВОГО ФІНАНСОВОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ В УМОВАХ ВНУТРІШНЬОЇ ТА ЗОВНІШНЬОЇ НЕСТАБІЛЬНОСТІ
Анотація
Доведено, що ефективно побудований процес антикризового фінансового управління є запорукою ефективного розвитку як окремого суб'єкта господарювання, так і економіки держави взагалі.
Проведено аналіз досліджень та публікацій з тематики антикризового фінансового управління на підприємствах. Висвітлено позитивні сторони досліджень та теоретичні недоопрацювання за даною проблематикою.
Здійснено критичну оцінку наукової дефініції "процес антикризового фінансового управління на підприємстві", а також обгрунтовано авторський підхід до цієї економічної категорії. Розкрито сутність та елементи трьохскладового процесу антикризового фінансового управління на підприємстві: докризове (превентивне), кризове, післякризове. Акцентовано увагу на організаційну складову процесу антикризового фінансового управління на підприємстві.
Доведено необхідність впровадження запропонованого процесу антикризового фінансового управління на підприємствах та вказані перспективи подальших теоретичних досліджень у цій науковій сфері.

THE PROCESS OF ANTI-CRISIS BUILDING OF ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT UNDER THE DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN INSTABILITY
Summary
It is proved that effectively built process of anti-crisis financial management is a guarantee of effective development of both the particular subject of management and state economy in general.
The analysis of researches and publications on the topic of anti-crisis financial management at enterprises are carried out. The positive aspects of the researches and theoretical faults of this theme (the process of situational financial management) are singled out.
On the basis of critical estimation of the term "process of anti-crisis financial management at the enterprise" the definition of the notion is given making the accent on its usage under different terms of subject of management functioning. The essence and elements of tri-component process of anti-crisis financial management at the enterprise, — before the crisis (prevention), crisis, and after the crisis, are disclosed. The main attention is paid to the organizational part of the anti-crisis financial management at the enterprise.
The necessity to introduce the offered process of anti-crisis financial management at the enterprise are proved as well as the ways for the further theoretical research in this scientific area are outlined.
