ДО ПИТАННЯ АНАЛІЗУ КОНВЕНЦІЇ ООН ПРО ПРАВА ДИТИНИ

Анотація

У статті аналізуються положення Конвенції ООН про права дитини. Розглянуто окремі статті на предмет відповідності сучасним вимогам щодо захисту прав дітей у світі. Зроблено висновок, що Конвенція ООН про права дитини як базовий документ у сфері захисту прав дітей за нинішніх тенденцій загальносвітового розвитку потребує суттєвого доопрацювання та уточнення окремих положень.

TO THE ANALYSIS OF THE ISSUE OF THE UN CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD

Summary

The provisions of the Convention on the Rights of the Child are analyzed in the article. Separate articles of the Convention are considered for compliance with the modern requirements of children's rights in the world. The author outlines that the Convention on the Rights of the Child as a basic document for the protection of children's rights in the current trends of global development requires substantial revision and clarification of certain provisions.
