МОТИВАЦІЙНИЙ КОМПЛЕКС ПРОМИСЛОВО-ЛОГІСТИЧНОЇ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ В МАШИНОБУДУВАННІ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація

Стаття присвячена дослідженню чинників, що впливають на процеси інтеграції між суб'єктами господарювання. Проведено аналіз підходів до класифікації чинників інтеграції,зокрема визначено погляди вчених щодо виділення внутрішніх та зовнішніх чинників, негативного та позитивного впливу. Зроблено висновок, що останні доцільно розділити на чинники мотиватори та чинники драйвери інтеграції — активізатори інтеграційних процесів. Детально розкрито зміст мотивів інтеграції, визначено сукупність потреб у промислово-логістичній інтеграції. Ґрунтуючись на тому, що мотивація є процесом спонукання, стимулювання, створення умов через сукупність внутрішніх і зовнішніх рушійних сил, мотивів, основою яких є потреби, розроблено мотиваційний комплекс промислово-логістичної інтеграції підприємств машинобудівної галузі, що включає обгрунтування потреб, мотивів, цілей та інструментів, які в сукупності формують модель інтеграційного процесу.

MOTIVATIONAL COMPLEX OF INDUSTRIALLY LOGISTIC INTEGRATION IN MACHINE-BUILDING OF UKRAINE

Summary

The article is devoted to research of factors which influence on the processes of integration between the subjects of menage. The analysis of approaches to classification of integration factors is conducted, opinions of scientists in relation to the selection of internal and external factors, negative and positive influence are determined. A conclusion is done, that the last one is expediently to divide into factors of motivation and factors drivers of integration — activators of integration processes. Maintenance of integration reasons is exposed in details, aggregate of requirements in industrially logistic integration is certained. Based on that motivation is the process of motive, stimulation, conditioning, through the aggregate of internal and external motive forces, reasons basis of which are necessities, a motivational complex of industrially logistic integration of machine-building enterprises is developed, which includes the ground of necessities, reasons, aims and instruments which in an aggregate form the model of integration process.
